EDITOR'S NOTE

The ultimate jacket for louche but polished dressing. Our Elkann jacket was designed with a heavy dose of Roman flair. Featuring swooping shawl lapels with a generous belly, the blazer takes cues from traditional dressing gowns but flips the script for a modern take that is better suited for social activities (festive or otherwise). For this season, the jacket is rendered in a tactile corduroy which feels plush to the touch, and is unlined with striped flat-felled seams for an easygoing aesthetic.

A lovely Barchetta pocket adorns the chest, which is complemented by patch pockets around the waist with an additional mini patch pocket on the right-hand side. Far removed from the stuffy blazers of the corporate world, the Elkann jacket boasts a distinctive 4x1 button configuration - a hallmark of bespoke garments that is typically difficult to find in ready-to-wear garments.

For the full look, our signature Gurkha trousers have also been given the same corduroy treatment in matching colors and may be purchased together with the Elkann jacket as a set. The jacket functions particularly well as a standalone blazer with contrasting trousers, too. The Elkann shawl lapel jacket (and matching Gurkha trousers) is available in 4 distinct shades of corduroy: rust, black, royal blue and sand. Needless to say, they coordinate perfectly with our brand new long-sleeve knit polos.

If your size is currently out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we can arrange for your preferred size to be produced on a made-to-order basis. There is no extra charge for this service and the entire process will take approximately 5 weeks from the date of placing an order.
