A pair of pants that can do it all and sit comfortably (no pun intended) in any situation. With fastenings on either end of the waistband, the Gurkha trouser cuts a distinctive figure. Its origins are firmly planted in the military, with its conception being driven by the need for a modular pair of bottoms that could adapt to the fluctuating weight of Nepalese soldiers spending months on end in wet and marshy conditions.

In recent years, the style has exploded in popularity - mostly promulgated by oft-photographed menswear mavens seeking to add an extra dash of flair to their ensembles. The contrast of the buckles pair well with simple plain T-shirts, and feel equally at home next to a more refined blazer. Our version strikes a delicate balance, emphasising versatility whilst respecting its rugged roots. Gone is the billowy silhouette in favor of a slimmed down shape in the leg, which is finished off with a modest fish-tail back, in addition to subtle bar-tacking and pick-stitching throughout.

As one of our most frequently ordered items, the Gurkha pants come in a variety of colors and fabrics, including twill, denim and corduroy.
