JULIAN Unstructured Herringbone Polo Coat
The Polo coat, or wait coat as some would call it; originated from England. It was designed to keep Polo players warm in between breaks during games. This cozy and elegant coat was first designed with a belt as a wrap coat. Later the Polo sport has arrived in the US and it became a go-to for Polo players to wear after their games, eventually undergrads from Ivy Leagues such as Harvard or Stanford caught on and worn this coat with everything. Then it became a fashion staple during the 1920s.
Introducing our updated version of the classic Polo coat; we injected some of our brand's #sportorial DNA such as taking the stiffness out of it; make it a more contemporary cut; it is entirely unstructured hence we named it after JULIAN from the legendary movie "American Gigolo." We also created our own pocket designs with added beautiful details such as picked stitching. Most elements we decided to keep to ensure it is a timeless piece, it is made in a plush cashmere-blend wool to ensure there's longer durability.
Steal Ryan Gosling moves by wearing it with anything from a simple white t-shirt as a weekend look, or throw it over your three piece suit to amp up your sartorial game to impress your business prospects.
