Nothing is more appropriate for transitional weather than a lightweight shirt jacket. Though the market is saturated with options, this iteration sets itself apart by incorporating details that are a direct result of road testing. Kangaroo-style handwarmer pockets are easier to slide into diagonally than traditional vertical flapped besom pockets. Most distinctively, perhaps, is the fabrication.
Most shirt jackets come in either cotton or linen, but we here at Craftsman Clothing are well known for our buttery soft suede and have created a luxe version of the hardwearing staple. The hybrid chore jacket cut of the garment also lends itself to being dressed down more easily - with a simple white T-shirt for example, as shown in our lookbook for this collection.

This collaborative collection with Ilaria Urbinati is a tribute to the unsung heroes of Hollywood: stuntmen. Taking heavy inspiration from the 1970's, the items we concocted together seek to replicate the unfiltered masculinity that was so aptly represented by these risk takers. The stoic and hardened exteriors typically associated with stuntmen are juxtaposed against the soft and pliable fabrics dispersed throughout the capsule collection - think luxe suedes, textured cottons and fuzzy shearlings. The collection is neither flamboyant nor loud and would complement the existing wardrobe of almost any man, adding a subtle yet considered dash of personality to any outfit.
