Notice on Delayed Shipments Due to COVID-19

Dear valued clients,

I know it hasn’t been easy for any of you, whether you’re quarantined at home or working the front lines, but we hope everything has been safe.  This whole situation has certainly put things into perspective, as clothing most likely isn’t the first thing in your mind. Supporting local businesses, friends, and family is supremely important and definitely takes precedence.

With that said, we want to take this time to thank each and every one of you who have decided to support Craftsman Clothing during this epidemic. It truly means a lot to us and undeniably makes us happy to see you guys wear our products, even if it is at home watching your favorite Scorsese movie.

Just a reminder that due to the epidemic, our workshops and logistics have been affected. As a result, our shipping times have been increased to approximately one month, especially for international orders. In some cases, DHL and other shipping companies have placed caps or even holds on orders going out in order to reduce the spread of the virus.  We apologize heavily for the inconvenience but we want to stress that you will get your orders and we thank you for being patient during this time.

Due to our frustration with our regular couriers, we have been working to add UPS as an option for delivery.  It is 20% higher, but we have confirmed that it shortens shipping time down to about a week.  We are just as frustrated as you are and we are continually working to find ways to better serve you, our loyal customers.

We also appreciate those of you who have chosen to purchase one of our Style Icon Ringer Tees; it truly was a great little project we developed with our friend @Amashanov. Don’t forget that 100% of the proceeds go directly to #AmericasFoodFund. We also have many more projects coming down the pipeline soon that we can’t wait to share with you!

If you have any specific questions, please send us an email with your name, address, and order number/tracking and we will answer you in a timely manner.  At the moment, we have a very small team due to the pandemic, but we will get back to you as soon as we can. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding and we hope that we’re able to share a glass of whiskey together (in person) soon.
